MEET AND GREET AT KHON KAEN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Upon arrival at Khon Kaen International baggage claim area our patients and their companions will easily locate the public exit leading into the main terminal. Once inside the terminal they will immediately be met by their personal Patient Advocate that has been introduced to them online over the previous few weeks. Also in the greeting party will be a representative from our Admitting Department and Medical Travel Program. The hospital vehicle and driver will be on standby in the parking facility for transporting these guests to the hospital. 

Meeting point for customers and Ratchaphruek Medical Travel Program Representatives. 

Khon Kaen International Airport is a new but relatively small airport. The meeting point is just inside the main terminal through the only exit from the baggage claim area. 

         The Ratchaphruek Hospital team will be holding a sign with the hospital name and all members will be wearing hospital uniforms. 

Upon the customer greeting our representatives’ The driver will be notified to bring the van to the front of the terminal. Time is then allotted for photo opportunities. 

• Upon arrival at the hospital the customer will be taken directly to the Admitting Department. The Patient Advocate will assist with patient admission and welcoming to the facilities of the hospital. 
• Patient is taken to examination room to undergo pre-admission procedure.
